Sibel Whitehead is a Managing Director and Co-founder of Supportmatch Homeshare, Support&Match CiC a community interest social enterprise and is also on the Board of trustees for Homeshare International (https://homeshare.org/about-homeshare-international/whos-who/ ).

She started her career as a nurse, qualifying in her mid-twenties and has passionately worked over 20 years in health and social care helping vulnerable people manage their independence.

Sibel realised the importance of offering a personalised and dedicated service through Supportmatch. Her approach is a sensitive and knowledgeable one, connecting people who have a mutual interest, supporting the older and the younger generation in helping each other.

Personally, Sibel has a passion for cooking and healthy living. She is also a proud mum and loves spending time with her young daughter.
