We are looking for a lovely and kind Homesharer for a lovely 77 year old gentleman in need of a little support around the home and companionship. He is fully mentally capable and still enjoys other’s company. He feels sometimes isolated and lonely. He suffered with his back, he has with Parkinson’s which is well managed with medications. He has a carer who looks after his personal care and a cleaner. He still drives and manages to do his own shopping but struggles at time. He loves swimming, going to concerts and cafes. He enjoys going for walks when possible.
The property offers a lovely double room with a shared bathroom, however a separate shower and two toilets are available. There is also plenty of space if someone works from home.
As a Homesharer you will offer between 10 to 15 hours of your time each week in tasks such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and companionship. The help is offered in a flexible manner respecting the Homesharers work schedule. A drivers is essential. A small pet might be considered. This placement is also available on HOMESHARE PLUS.
