WHAT IS HOMESHARING
A Homesharer is someone that works or studies either full or part time and is able to provide between 10 and 15 hour per week of companionship and support whilst living at a Householder’s property. The help Homesharers offer is with tasks such as occasional cooking, cleaning, shopping, gardening, basic DIY and when possible help with appointments.
Homesharers can be young or mature working professionals or students, who come from a wide variety of different backgrounds and cultures.
Approximately 10% of our matches are Homesharer couples. In these arrangements two suitable Homeshare candidates will be matched to provide significantly enhanced help and support of between 15 and 20 hours per week to our Householders.
All of our Homesharers are fully-vetted with DBS and Reference checks. Homesharers are usually adult professionals and mature students looking for safe and affordable accommodation. In exchange they offer a few hours each week of companionship and support to the Householder that they are matched to live with.

Supportmatch Homeshare was created to offer more support to our senior community but also to provide an effective housing solution for younger individuals.
Supportmatch Homeshare aim is to help elderly and/or people living with a disability to stay in their own homes for as long as possible, or families to get some extra support.
Providing a low-cost service and creating a network of service providers that collaborate to improve the quality of people’s lives everyday.
