I agree to abide by the Supportmatch Homeshare Agreement.

For Supportmatch to record my personal data for office use only.

I agree to provide the Homesharer with a comfortable, safe, secure and private environment that is allocated to them as their personal space

I agree to pay a non-refundable £30 registration and administration fee

I agree to pay a monthly fee of £99.00 by standing order

I agree to schedule and arrange the 15 hours of weekly support directly with the Homeshare in a schedule that is convenient to both parties

I agree not to roll over the 15 hours per week of support that is provided by the Homesharer if those hours were not fully utilised

I confirm that I understand the above information, and that the information I have given is correct and I have read and accepted your Terms & Conditions.
