I have lived here for 2 months the family is very supportive I have daysvwhere I cook for the both of us which is absolutely fantastic the lady is always appreciate the meal on my days especially ever other weekend we plan trips by bus to local towns do a bit of shopping have a meal out on the Sunday we go to a venue in falmouth where we can listen to a brass band which she likes and have a meal out also we have been to the theatre which she's enjoys I must say I'm very lucky to be able to help look after this wonderful lady and to be able to promote her independence

A very beautiful place to stay in with amazing housemates, at first I was too shy as I was the only male in the house but I later adjusted. Privacy maintained and an an amazing support system from Sibel and the landlord with everything we might have needed, I wouldn’t have moved from this place at all but, then it’s so unfortunate to us that the property is now on sale

We have used SupportMatch for three years, finding live-in lodgers for my mother in her home and it has been an incredibly positive experience. Zaira has been our main point of contact. She is incredibly professional, supportive and sensible and importantly, understanding of her clients needs. My mother was apprehensive to start with but Zaira was always patient and reassuring and explained everything clearly. As a family we are very happy with Supportmatch. My father wanted some daily support and someone to talk to and do things together with after losing his wife in 2022. After completing the forms and speaking with Zaira we were provided with a a few possible candidates and a lovely lady moved in with my dad nearly 4 weeks ago. I was advised by a Social Worker to look into SupportMatch I was advised by a Social Worker to look into SupportMatch - and to contact Zaira de Novellis specifically - many months ago, when it was becoming clear that my mother, then 95, was starting to need some subtle support and presence in her house. She had, up to that point, been entirely self-sufficient in all aspects of her life. The concept of Home Share seemed to me entirely convincing and an excellent solution.

Zaira was, from the start, caring, concerned, interested and extremely responsive. I was very impressed with how quickly she replied to queries and messages, sometimes outside "working hours" and formed a very good opinion of her from the various telephone conversations we had. It was clear that she had got of a good grip of my mother's history, character and needs and she enthusiastically set about matching her with someone who would enjoy Mum's company and benefit from a home in a very expensive part of Surrey.

We very nearly got there on a couple of occasions. However, sudden developments in my mother's health took her into the realm of full-time live-in care and we never got a SupportMatch person, absolutely through no fault or failing on the part of Zaira and the company.
