We’re looking for a kind, calm and responsible female homesharer to share a warm, recently refurbished home in a beautiful coastal location within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Accommodation:
Lovely private en-suite room with its own external entrance
Potential for additional living space (by arrangement)
Sea views, front and back gardens, and a conservatory
Warm, dry home with heat pump central heating

The Homeowner:
A friendly, respectful person who enjoys a peaceful home environment. She values good manners, privacy and a considerate approach.
Ideal Homesharer:
Educated, easy-going, and respectful
Interested in arts/crafts, gardening, cooking (or similar)
Patient, empathetic, and naturally supportive
Not overly loud, forceful, or intrusive

Important – Location / Transport:
There is a local bus route; however, due to the location, a car owner/driver is essential for this placement.
